  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of your order.
  • The costs are clearly indicated at the time of validation of your cart, before finalizing your purchase.

3. Order tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the online tracking service, allowing you to know the progress of the delivery in real time.

4. Areas served

  • We currently ship to most countries. When validating your order, the system will confirm if your destination is eligible.

Returns
